Performance Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our digital setups. If you experience technical issues with your configuration during the service term, our team will provide professional technical support to resolve the issue. Requests for technical assistance must be submitted via support@cheapzy.net or through our support coordination center. Most technical inquiries are resolved within a few hours.
Specific Service Terms: Certain digital configurations (including but not limited to specialized media and streaming setups) are subject to unique platform-specific requirements. By purchasing these services, you acknowledge that fulfillment is final upon successful activation. In the event of a service interruption, our team will prioritize a technical resolution to restore access for the remainder of the service term.
Dispute Resolution: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback for a successfully delivered service is a violation of these Terms. Cheapzy reserves the right to suspend all active services and pursue recovery for any unwarranted disputes.
By using our services, you agree that you will not:
Provide false or misleading information during the checkout process.
Attempt to resell or redistribute the digital configurations provided by Cheapzy.
Use our services for any unauthorized or unlawful purposes.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Cheapzy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms to their internal policies, pricing structures, or service availability that may affect long-term delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheapzy’s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. Cheapzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
